1. You can buy from any trial company then do little modification work to make it Tiny House Ready. Or you can tell the trailer company custom make one for your Tiny House. If you are in Washington State, I highly recommend Olympic Trailer Company I used before. Their price is sweet, people are genuine, and they know all about what Tiny House Trailer needs. They sold lots of them for the Tinu House community.

2. This is at State Oregon. We bought a 10' wide tiny house trailer from Great Northern. Jack is such a caring person. They have service for delivery and towing tiny house.
